File types
In the table below you can see the file types and sizes that are allowed and recommended for you to use. After uploading, all media types (with the exception of .zip) can be seen/played to ensure and confirm that they have been correctly uploaded.

Very important prior to uploading:
The file names must contain these signs, apart from ".", which may ONLY be in the name prior to the ending (e.g. ".jpg"):
The signs: a-z, A-Z,-,_
and all numbers...

No spaces, no special signs such as "æ, ø, å, ü, ä" el. "/", "\" etc...

Band width and Internet connection
If you are uploading large files that contain film, or the like, the uploading time will of course depend on your Internet connection and its band width/speed. We recommend a connection with a min. 1 Mbit upload.
